After my hysterectomy last year I struggled with getting my butt back to the gym. At first I was giving myself the proper time to heal. Surely the surgery bought me a pass for a few months, right? Well, I’m not sure what happened the rest of the year but I essentially took off the entire 2018 (yikes!). So a full year after my hysterectomy and I’ve decided I’m done with excuses. It’s time to get back at it! I started out by giving myself the tools for workout success: Gym Membership ✔. Personal Trainer ✔. Detox Plan ✔. New Cute Workout Outfits ✔✔. If you look good, you’ll feel good right?! So I can happily report that my new wellness plan is fully underway and I can’t wait to continue sharing my workout journey on IG with you all.
